That is where this mug comes in. Originally designed for diners and other cheap restaurants, this mug has history and tradition behind it. Virtually any coffee will taste better in this mug. The color is right -- off-white. The shape is right -- love those slightly concave sides. And the heft, the weight, is perfect. You won't be knocking this puppy over easily. Get six of these so that you always have one clean in your cupboard. Oh, and if you are a tea drinker also (like me), don't even think of drinking tea from one of these. For coffee consumption only.
