John Deere Travel Mug Review

The mug is a nice thick and sturdy but the lid is garbage. It is not like the picture AT All. Not sure why, I didn't do anything about it as I bought it for my husband for Valentine's day. Guess I should contact the seller as the lid is totally useless. The lid is a thin piece of plastic and doesn't fit the mug very well so I don't know if it is a switch or a piece of junk they put on the top. It is too bad as the mug is pretty nice. If I saw the mug in the store, I wouldn't have purchased it.

Executive Leather Travel Mug - Pink Review

I really wanted a coffee mug that was attractive as well as useful. As far as being attractive, it gets an A+. I've even gotten several compliments on how "pretty" it is. As far as how it functions, it does a pretty good job but it has a few things to work on. First, it seems to be a bit "top heavy". It is really easy to knock over and I have several times, which brings me to my other point. It does leak a bit. Not much, but it is by no means, spill proof. So be careful. It is also not easy to clean. The lid has a turn-top which allows you to "close" and "open" it. However, the gadget that allows this cup to function like this does not come off all the way to clean so you really have to try to get in there with something small to get the "goop" cleaned out. I had to do this today with a toothpick. Overall, this mug is pretty good. It has it's issues, but it is attractive and does keep your hot beverage, hot for a good amount of time. It does stay relatively sealed, so it gets a pretty good rating on my chart despite the few flaws it has.

20 oz. Microwavable Ceramic Travel Mug Black Review

I like the size and shape, and I looked hard for a ceramic one. But it has a couple of problems:
1) Loose lid allow spilling just from sloshing around (never mind tipping over), so not really suitable for a car mug.
2) Glaze stains quickly with coffee crud, so needs frequent cleaning.
Mine doesn't tip over like the previous commentator's.

Stanley 17oz. Heatkeeper- Blue Review

It's true - this Stanley food jar does not live up to the name Stanley. Don't waste your hard-earned money for this low-quality Chinese-made plastic impostor of the original Stanley quality. I have this food jar and don't even bother to use it anymore because the food gets lukewarm in a couple of hours. It's not worth saving a few bucks to get this plastic one because it won't hold heat for more than a few hours. Get a metal one. You can spend less or about the same on eBay and get a vintage metal U.S. made Stanley Wide Mouth Food Jar that will keep your food hot for the whole day. I did that and am so much happier. I now only buy vintage American-made Thermoses and food jars. All of them keep my food and beverages hot all day and the vintage thermoses even hot over night and into the next morning!
