(More customer reviews)I gave this masher 5 stars, because it is not just nice looking and good quality product, but it also does job easy and fast that leaves potato hot. But if you like your potato to be silky smooth, you have to finish the job with perforated masher. Recommended.

(More customer reviews)I love love love these sheet pans; They bake and roast everything and anything beautifully and are easy to clean. Dark colored pans burn your foodand nonstick never browns anything. The weight and color of these are perfect. I have one for roasting vegetables (I usually put a piece of parchment to line the pan altho not necessary; but do toss the cut up veges with oil) at 500 degrees; the veges come out golden and done inside. I bake any cookie recipe on this (also on parchment-altho not necessary) and the cookies come out golden and perfect. I've roasted pieces of chicken; I've made chicken wings. Just incredible pans.

Trudeau 0991105 Gravy/Fat Separator Review

(More customer reviews)Hey, its a Gravy/Fat separator how good does it get? Well suprisingly its great. It is shaped so that the mouth fits the shape of the pan eliminating spills, it has its own strainer and it holds alot. Cooks Illustrated also recommended it, but was not crazy about the larger holes in the strainer, I disagree. I think smaller holes would clog it. If you want to strain it more, which I have not needed to, just put it through a finer strainer. Its as good as it gets.
