(More customer reviews)We use the Norpro Nonstick Extendable Pizz Crisper Baking Sheet 3 to 4 times a week. We love homemade fries or any Oreida fries product but hate the grease if frying or deep frying. Final a healthy and tasty way to eat fries. We love baking fish on it too because it cooks both sides evenly. Homemade pizza is awesome, cookies, appetizers, all frozen appetisers and makes great chicken strips, baked chicken, etc. Cooks things slightly faster because both sides get heat fairly evenly. Our oven is not convection but it still works great. We wish it came in a smaller sizer for our toaster oven which is also a convection oven because it would work even better. We do not use the extension, just lay it on regular oven rack (also makes it easier to get in and out). Just don't forget to put cookie sheet or aluminum foil in bottom of oven to catch any drippings.
