it's large!
BUT
it does an excellent job of keeping your chille, soup, stew, warm!
good serving size at 16-oz.. this with a fruit cup and bag o chips should fill up a normal sized adult male
I've filled it hot and contents are still warm after 4 1/2 hours
lid seals well and no problems removing it.
lid does NOT work as a bowl!
so if you packing anything but a beverage pack a bowl unless work provides you one..
this is a great item... but again get a BIG lunch box.
