(More customer reviews)I have purchased 2 of these because I like them so much. The stone is not as heavy as a square stone I've used before. It is easy to handle for putting it in and out of the oven. It cleans up easily and you can cut directly on it. I've also used it to make bread, and the crust is better than other breads I've made.
