That did not happen. I managed to open ONE jar. My hands are becoming weaker with a nerve disease, and this product promised help to do a job that I could not do well anymore. I have wasted money on a hunk of junk. This product does not deserve even ONE STAR, but one must select at least one star to comment, & that should be changed. This item was no help at all! Buyer Beware!
