(More customer reviews)I'm not sure what the previous post bought but it wasn't this spice rack and she should notify the person or company that shipped it. I own 3 of these and I am buying 3 more. I love them, my kids love them and my neighbor loves hers. There was no assembly and mine are white not gray. No they did not come with labels but they don't advertise that. I wouldn't have used them anyway. If you feel you have to label them I'm sure you could easily pick up some blank stickers from the dollar store and write the spice name on them. They saved so much space in my cupboards.
