(More customer reviews)I ordered 5 sets (10 bowls)about 10 weeks ago. The main reason for ordering these bowls was that I wanted something durable. With small children,it always seemed that we were breaking our bowls......something that the kids use quite often. When I came across these bowls, it seemed that they would be perfect......"unbreakable, dishwasher and microwave safe". Right after my son finished a bowl of ice cream yesterday, I rinsed out the bowl and went to put it in the dishwasher, when I accidentally dropped it. Much to my surprise, when I picked it up, it had a large crack going down the side of it. I called Prime Time Solutions (where I bought them from, through Amazon), and they gave me the number of Nordic Ware. When I called Nordic Ware and explained the situation, they told me that dropping the bowl was not part of the "unbreakable warranty". They did replace the bowl, but it sounds like they would not do it again if the same situation occured. Let's hope I have better luck with the other bowls!
