(More customer reviews)The product is average. My only real "issue" with it is the time it takes for heating certain things but that is attributed to the fact that this a 700W microwave. This was the only problem I found so far - stepping down from using a 1100W microwave to this. Build quality is decent, keys do not misfire and the insides are easy to clean.
