(More customer reviews)The product was packaged really really well!! Unfortunately, it must have been damaged before it was boxed because it was a mess when I received it. If you are in my situation you will need some gorilla glue, zip-ties, drill, a friend to help and about 4 hours to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. HEADS UP!! the handle for the drawer is PLASTIC don't screw it down too tight or it will crack (ugly too). Luckily Ace Hardware had some nice cosmetic handles to match the brushed nickel nob on the door. Overall, this gift to my mother was a good one since we put soo much time into it... It gave it character and she loved it. Even after the repairs it doesn't look cheap because it's real wood. However, even without repairs set aside 2 hours for assembly. One for head scratching and the other for action. There are not letters indicating what part is what and you will need to match the illustrations exactly right. HINT the big bolts are for the towel holder (have a good allen wrench handy not the generic one it comes with).
